How is the platform deployed?

Deployment follows a phased rollout — scoping, configuration, user acceptance testing, then go‑live — scheduled around your institution's calendar.

Where is our data hosted?

On‑premise, inside infrastructure you control. Data does not leave your environment unless you choose to host it elsewhere.

Can we migrate existing data?

Yes. Students, companies, and historical agreements can be imported from spreadsheets or a previous system as part of the engagement.

How is the platform priced?

There are no subscription tiers. Each engagement is scoped and invoiced around your institution's actual use case — see Engagement above.
